The core workflow is: 1. Add a customer to Refer Pilot. 2. Refer Pilot gives that customer a personal referral link and QR code. 3. The customer shares the link or QR code with friends and neighbors. 4. A friend submits a referral through the branded landing page. 5. You mark the referral as won when the job is booked or completed. 6. Refer Pilot creates a reward for the referring customer. 7. You mark the reward as paid when you send the payout.
