Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Refer Pilot, referral rewards software for local service businesses. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using Refer Pilot on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

• Refer Pilot includes a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, the subscription is $49 per month.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refer Pilot charges 0% commission on revenue you earn from referrals. The flat monthly fee is the only charge.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Refer Pilot tracks referrals and calculates the rewards your program owes. We do not collect, hold, process or disburse reward payments. Paying your customers the rewards they earn, and honoring the terms of your own referral program, is entirely your responsibility. Marking a reward as paid in Refer Pilot is a record-keeping action only.

• Only add customer contact details you are permitted to store and contact.
• Do not use Refer Pilot to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Do not attempt to access another business's data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We work to keep Refer Pilot available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance or update features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refer Pilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if these terms are breached. On termination you may request an export or deletion of your data.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and communicated to account holders by email where they affect pricing or your rights.
