Submitting a referral
Friends and neighbors fill out a short form on your branded referral landing page.
When a friend receives a referral link or scans a QR code, they land on your business's referral page.
The form asks for: - Their name - Their phone number - Their email address - What service they need
After submitting, the referral appears in your Refer Pilot dashboard with a status of New. The referring customer does not need to do anything else.
