Marking a referral as won
When a referred lead becomes a paying job, mark the referral as won to create a reward.
When a referred lead books a job or makes a purchase, you should mark the referral as won.
To mark a referral as won: 1. Go to the Referrals page. 2. Find the referral in the list. 3. Click the Actions menu and select Mark as Won. 4. Enter the job value if you want to track revenue.
When you mark a referral as won, Refer Pilot automatically creates a reward for the customer who made the referral. The reward amount is based on the default reward you set in Settings.
