How rewards are created
Rewards are created automatically when you mark a referral as won.
When you mark a referral as won, Refer Pilot creates a reward for the customer who referred the new lead.
The reward amount comes from your default reward settings. You can set a fixed dollar amount, such as $50, or a percentage of the job value.
To view rewards: 1. Go to the Rewards page. 2. You will see a list of rewards with their status: Pending or Paid.
Pending rewards are owed to customers. Paid rewards have already been sent.
