Marking a referral as lost
If a referred lead does not become a job, mark it as lost to keep your pipeline clean.
Not every referral becomes a job. If a lead does not work out, mark the referral as lost.
To mark a referral as lost: 1. Go to the Referrals page. 2. Find the referral. 3. Click the Actions menu and select Mark as Lost.
Lost referrals do not create rewards. You can still see them in your referral history.
