Referral statuses explained
Referrals move through New, Won, and Lost statuses as you work the lead.
Every referral has one of three statuses:
- New: The referral was just submitted and has not been decided yet.
- Won: The referred lead became a job or purchase. A reward is created for the referring customer.
- Lost: The lead did not become a job. No reward is created.
You can filter the Referrals page by status to see only open leads, won jobs, or lost leads.
