Why is my dashboard empty?
Your dashboard shows data only after you add customers and referrals start coming in.
A new Refer Pilot account has no data yet. To see activity on your dashboard:
- Add at least one customer on the Customers page.
- Share that customer's referral link or QR code.
- Wait for a friend to submit a referral form, or submit a test referral yourself.
- Mark the referral as won to create a reward.
Once you have referrals and rewards, the dashboard will show totals and recent activity.
